New Client Efficiency Review
A recent client we brought on board is Book Optical and Vision Care. They had been supported for a long time by another firm, but wanted to see if things could be made “better” – in this case, as is often the case, we were able to make suggestions and recommendations to the client to improve their entire technical infrastructure, top to bottom. Often, we find a great deal of legacy infrastructure in place that can easily and inexpensively be retired, improving overall efficiency.
When we go into new clients, we always insist that they tell us -all- of their technical challenges, especially cases where they’ve been told “this can’t be done” or “this is just the way it is.” Our long experience allows us to think outside the box, and offer innovative solutions even when all hope has been lost!
